We offer standard and fast delivery to supported countries
For standard delivery:
It will take 10-15 business days to complete the delivery
$10 shipping on orders under $79
Free shipping on orders over $79
For fast delivery:
It will take 5-10 business days to complete the delivery
Orders under $79 are not supported
$20 shipping on orders over $79
Explanation of "Lead-time"
Our products all need a lead-time to make & prepare, and we ship the goods based on the Lead-time.
Lead-time refers to the preparation time before shipping, ensuring that the customer can receive the product within the range of his preset time. Every order could not skip this step.
Generally, the time from you placed the order till you receive it is the lead-time plus shipping time.
Note:
All orders will be accepted and processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the lead-time may be extended and shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email in advance.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which contains the tracking number(s) of your package. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
YFFushi.biz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
YFFushi.biz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Or you can contact us for help if you have problems in dealing with it.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
